Tim Wheldon

Timothy Wheldon is a Law Graduate.  Prior to studying Law, Timothy studied Science and Medicine. He has combined his strengths of research, interpersonal relations and knowledge to be an encompassing legal representative.  Timothy always endeavours to put his clients needs at the forefront and appreciates that buying and selling homes can be a taxing situation and does everything possible to alleviate the stresses associated.

Timothy has settled hundreds of files over many years and has vast experience with Residential, commercial and Off The Plan matters.  He has a particular interest in sub divisions, easements and business contracts.

From an early age Timothy has been involved with charity works, from Eddy’s Van (a van that serves food to the homeless) to fundraising for charities and also Meals On Wheels.   Due to Timothy’s wealth of knowledge he has taken on mentorship for junior Solicitors and conveyancers.

With strong ties to the Everton Park community, Timothy looks forward to helping you with your next endeavour.
